Cherrystone Clams are the largest clam we sell. Named after Cherrystone Creek, Virgina, our cherrystone clams are great eaten raw on the halfshell. Better yet, sauteed with a little butter and garlic and you'll be in seventh heaven.
One last tip - Be sure to purchase one of our clam knives. It will come in handy.
